Armstrong's Christchurch is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and continue building a high-performing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership backed by Armstrong's, one of New Zealand's leading automotive groups with 700+ employees nationwide. We're continuing to invest in our people and our dealerships, making this a great time to join the business. You'll lead the Parts team, work closely with the Dealer Principal and Service Manager, and play a key role in supporting the workshop while continuing to grow a profitable parts operation. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the Parts team Managing inventory, purchasing and stock control Supporting the workshop with efficient parts supply Building strong relationships with retail and trade customers Monitoring departmental performance, profitability and KPIs Identifying opportunities to improve processes and grow the business Working closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal About you We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience managing an automotive Parts Department Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team Excellent organisational and communication skills Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and continuous improvement Strong computer skills and attention to detail A current New Zealand Driver Licence and the right to work in New Zealand are essential.
