(Assistant) Training Officer - Soft Skills / Product / Makeup

(Candidates with more experiences will be considered for senior positions) Responsibilities Design training materials, deliver online or classroom training programs, and evaluate effectiveness to boost the service level or product knowledge of our frontline staff; Work with brand management division to develop and translate related education materials; Maintain and organize the digital learning materials in company e-Learning system; Support marketing events to promote company brands and products when necessary; Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary; Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.
