About the role ElNi Fitness is looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable Freelance Dance Fitness Instructor to conduct fun and engaging group fitness classes. Our classes are designed mainly for beginners and individuals who want to improve their fitness while enjoying Indian dance music in a positive and supportive environment. Key responsibilities Conduct safe, energetic and enjoyable dance fitness classes. Plan suitable warm-up, cardio, strength, flexibility and cool-down routines. Create choreography using Bollywood, Kollywood and Tollywood songs & trending fast beat songs. Provide beginner-friendly and low-impact movement options. Motivate and engage participants throughout the session. Observe participants and encourage safe exercise techniques. Arrive on time and maintain professional communication. Inform the management early regarding any schedule changes or cancellations. Support occasional promotional photos or videos with prior consent. About you Experience in aerobics, dance fitness, Zumba or group exercise instruction. Confident in teaching and managing a group class. Energetic, approachable and encouraging personality. Ability to teach participants with different fitness levels. Knowledge of safe warm-up, exercise progression and cool-down techniques. Strong interest in Bollywood, Kollywood and Tollywood dance music will be added advantage. Reliable and able to commit to scheduled classes in Tampines and/or Punggol. Legally eligible to provide freelance services in Singapore. Group fitness, aerobics, Zumba or dance instructor certification preferred. CPR, AED or First Aid certification preferred.
