Job Purpose: To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling and cross-selling of banking products to satisfy customers’ needs. Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales effort Work to understand customers’ banking needs for selling and cross-selling products Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to customers Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures Incumbent Requirements: University degree with 1-2 years or secondary education with 3-4 years experience in branch frontline customer service IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3 Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
