รายละเอียดงาน Location: Raintree Office Garden (สำนักงานใหญ่) ห้วยขวาง-พระราม 9 ซ. 17 https://share.google/7j0Be2GvrjJtpJkwQ เวลา 09.00-18.00 น. interview On site only พร้อมงานทันที Key Responsibilities • Lead IT Stabilization Project: Transform a fragmented, manual IT environment into a standardized, secure, and centralized system • Asset Management (Priority): Conduct full audit of ~450 IT assets (laptops, mobile, CCTV, network devices, TVs) across all branches and implement a professional Asset Management System with tagging • Standardization & MDM: Implement centralized identity (SSO) and deploy MDM solution for Windows & Mac environment • Infrastructure & Networking: Manage and optimize network infrastructure (Zyxel Nebula, firewalls, ISP connections) to ensure stability and security across branches • IT Governance & Procurement: Establish hardware request workflows, policies, and vendor management (ISP, mobile plans) • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding/offboarding process ensuring full asset and access control • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor 1 Junior IT staff, define processes and ensure service quality • Security & Compliance: Implement endpoint protection, access control, and IT security best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, or Network Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and ISP management Experience in administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, security policies) Basic understanding of IT security (e.g., endpoint protection, access control) Ability to work both strategically and hands-on Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written) Experience with MDM/SSO or a TOEIC score will be an advantage
