Responsibilities: Assist Team Head in Group level sustainability reporting, consolidating and reviewing internal data from business units/stakeholders Liaise with external advisors on preparation of reports and execution of advices Support in other ESG initiatives, including peer benchmarking, ESG rating submission, conducting research etc. Support in the execution of CSR programmes and business-in-community activities Keep abreast of the global sustainability standards and local regulations Provide administrative support for the department and in any ad hoc assignments Requirements: Bachelor Degree in environmental science, sustainability or any relevant disciplines; 5 years’ relevant experience in ESG data consolidation and reporting, preferably from sizeable organizations or ESG consultancy firm; Knowledge of HKEX ESG Reporting Code, the ISSB Standards, GRI Standards, and GHG Inventory and Accounting; Experience/knowledge in event management is an advantage; Meticulous and logical, organized and multi-tasked, able to work independently under tight deadlines; Pleasant with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint; preferably with knowledge of creating audial/visual promotion material Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
