固定收益交易员 /Fixed Income Trader - Asst Management

Our client is Asset Management Company. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team. 固定收益交易员/Fixed Income Trader - Asset Management (Type 1,4,9) 岗位职责 执行债券类资产（债券、存款、存单、转债、票据、外汇等）交易指令，追求以最优条件执行； 根据部门要求，追踪市场动态，定期提供对市场动向的分析报告； 协助基金经理管理产品流动性、优化融资结构和融资成本等，并协助执行 repo交易或与财务部的调款指令等； 协助产品团队维护投资交易相关的基础设施，如票据、GMRA\ISDA协议签署更新，交易对手方维护等； 追踪和管理交易风险，通过交易操作平滑个别头寸的潜在损失，准备相关部位的交易追踪报告。 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求 经济、金融、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历； 3年以上相关工作经验，偏重公募基金交易执行经验； 有基础的会计和金融知识、扎实的交易执行能力，能对日内市场形成判断； 细心负责，具有较强的职业道德和团队合作精神，能很好地融入集体。 Fixed-Income Trader - Asset Management ( Type 1,4,9 ) Responsibilities: • Execute trading orders for fixed-income assets (including bonds, deposits, certificates of deposit, convertible bonds, bills, foreign exchange, etc.), aiming for optimal execution terms; • Monitor market dynamics and provide regular analysis reports on market trends in accordance with departmental requirements; • Assist fund managers in managing product liquidity and optimizing financing structures and costs; assist in executing repo transactions and fund transfer instructions (e.g., with the Finance Department); • Assist the product team in maintaining investment and trading infrastructure, such as handling the signing and updating of agreements (e.g., GMRA, ISDA) and managing counterparty relationships; • Monitor and manage trading risks; mitigate potential losses on specific positions through trading operations and prepare relevant position tracking reports; • Perform other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; At least 3 years of Fixed income work experience,in Asset Management with a focus on trade execution for public funds; Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance, solid trade execution skills, and the ability to form judgments on intraday market movements; Meticulous and responsible, with strong professional ethics and team spirit; able to integrate well into the team.
