Job description - Manage and develop the Sales & Service Engineer team, including KPI setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and team capability development. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. - Follow up existing client to build and strengthen relationships, visit clients and get inquiry - Introduce and promote own products or partner's products, along with partner machine vision solutions to customer - Provide technical knowledge, product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals for customer - Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis while staying updated with industry information - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and activities to management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Industrial Product Sales / Technical Sales / B2B Sales. Proven experience managing a Sales or Sales & Service Engineer team and achieving team targets/KPIs. Experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, spare parts, maintenance products, automation, or mechanical components. Experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors; background in Pulp & Paper, Corrugated Box, Metal Forming, Canning, or Tyre & Rubber is preferred. Good technical solution-selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. English communication at Intermediate–Upper Intermediate level. Own car and valid driving license; willing to travel to industrial customers.
