This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded family law team in Brisbane CBD , working directly under an Accredited Specialist who is committed to mentoring and developing your skills. About the Role You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team handling a diverse range of family law matters, including, assisting clients in parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, spousal maintenance, child support, domestic and family violence matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own files under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist. Preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court. Meeting with clients and providing clear, compassionate legal advice. Instructing counsel and conducting legal research. What’s on Offer Direct mentorship from an Accredited Specialist. Opportunities for professional growth. Bonus incentives and remuneration aligned with experience and market standards. Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll need to hold a current Practising Certificate. Hold a current drivers licence and willing to travel for work.
