About the Role You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team handling a diverse range of family law matters, including, assisting clients in parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, spousal maintenance, child support, domestic and family violence matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own files under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist. Preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court. Meeting with clients and providing clear, compassionate legal advice. Hold a current drivers licence and willing to travel for work.
