About the Role Our client, prestigious global top-tier trade credit insurance company. For the role, offering an exciting opportunity to manage and develop key client relationships within the dynamic trade credit insurance sector. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. This role is pivotal to the company's success, directly contributing to revenue growth and client retention whilst enhancing the firm's market position in the Asia-Pacific region. Job Responsibilities Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies, applying commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and portfolio quality. Negotiate optimal policy terms for stakeholders while balancing customer satisfaction and company profitability; coordinate closely with Claims, Policy Administration, and Credit Risk teams. Maintain strong relationships with business partners and intermediaries; drive account retention, upsell, cross-sell, and regional program execution. Conduct customer-centricity projects and execute regular engagement activities—including ad hoc events—per account strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–5 years of account management experience with a proven track record in exceeding retention, upsell and cross-sell targets. Experience in Greater-Bay-Area account management. Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese; strong presentation, negotiation and analytical skills; team-oriented mindset. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency. Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG), Dependent Entry Visa, or other valid work permits. Development and Benefits Monthly salary range: HK$30,000 – HK$40,000. Full-time role with 5 working days per week and daily working hours between 4 and 8 hours. Based in Hong Kong.
