Job Role: Benchachinda Holding Co., Ltd. (United Telecom Sales & Services Co., Ltd.) is seeking an experienced Sales Executive Officer-Manager Level (SI/Turnkey Project) to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This full-time role will play a key part in driving business growth and expanding strategic opportunities across our business, including ICT Software, Telecommunication & Data Center, Alternative Energy, Smart Transportation, Smart Logistics, Tactical & Defense Technologies, and EV Solutions. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and enterprise clients Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for SI/Turnkey projects Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal preparation, bidding/tender submission, negotiation, to project closure Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to deliver suitable solutions for clients Prepare quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives Maintain strong customer engagement and long-term partnerships What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields Proven experience in B2G/B2B Sales, Project Sales or Solution Sales preferably in Government, Private, and Enterprise sectors Background in System Integration (SI), Turnkey Projects, Telecom, Infrastructure, Engineering, Energy, or Technology Solutions is highly preferred Experience handling government bidding/tender processes is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic, results-driven mindset with a strong track record in hunting new business Good command of English is a plus Driving license would be an advantage Open for candidates from Officer to Senior Manager level
