What you'll be doing : Responsible for daily receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, inventory counting, and reconciliation of warehouse materials to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records; Responsible for daily picking, verification, packing, shipping, and logistics tracking of warehouse materials; Responsible for statistical data entry, archiving, accounting, and system data entry and maintenance; Conduct regular warehouse inventory counts, assist in resolving stock discrepancies, and optimize inventory structure; Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of warehouse goods and the working environment; Assist superiors in coordinating logistics supplier resources to optimize delivery efficiency and cost; Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. What we're looking for : Associate degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; 1–3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse and logistics; outstanding candidates with approximately 1 year of experience may also be considered; Familiar with warehouse management procedures, proficient in office software; experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus; Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; must be adaptable to peak-season overtime and a fast-paced work environment.
