A leading financial institution seeks a ATM Tester/Business Analyst in Hong Kong to drive consumer banking platform delivery, enabling seamless digital transformation and enhancing customer experience and business performance. Key responsibilities: Support the product development lifecycle by analysing user requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business solutions Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business and quality requirements Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, test plans, implementation plans, customer communications, and training materials Provide post-implementation support by investigating issues, assisting with resolutions, and ensuring smooth system adoption Produce MIS reports and competitive analysis to support business planning and continuous improvement Participate in implementation and off-hours UAT activities to help ensure successful system deployments and service continuity Candidate profile: 1-5 years' Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services, supported by a relevant bachelor's degree Experience with core banking platforms, including payments, wealth management, loans, cash management, and other financial systems Exposure to system implementation, manual QA testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in a banking environment Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Able to manage multiple priorities independently and support occasional off-hours UAT activities About this company: A leading international financial institution is shaping the future of digital banking through innovation and customer-focused solutions.
