Communication Skills *Good English communication (written & spoken). *Able to communicate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers. *Able to prepare quotation and follow up professionally. 5. Customer Development Ability Require them to: *Make cold calls / visit customers. *Source new business leads. *Maintain existing customers. *Follow up quotations and convert to bookings. 6. Work Attitude Look for someone who is: * Responsible and independent. * Aggressive in sales but professional. * Willing to travel for customer visits. * Able to work under pressure and achieve targets. 7. KPI / Target Expectation (Recommend including) Example: *Monthly sales target: RM XX / USD XX gross profit. *Minimum new customer visits per month. *Minimum quotation follow-ups per week. *New shipment volume target. 8. Additional Advantage *Own transport and driving license. *Experience with overseas agents / JCtrans / WCA network. *Familiar with logistics software or CRM system. *Bring new customers & shipments. *Understand freight forwarding operations. *Good follow-up attitude (convert quotation into booking).
