A: Basic job functions & purpose: The position is needed for efficient shop floor production management directly supporting business goal for 1) Profitability improvement, 2) Cost of quality, 3) Productivity cost, and 4) Ship to promise. Production Management and Control for good quality, good productivity, and On-time delivery Control production cost (Material usage, Overhead usage) People management and control include people development (Discipline, Attendant, Coaching) Other manufacturing Improvement and control (Safety, 5s, Housekeeping) Follow and comply with Environment system (ISO14001), Safety regulations, Quality System (ISO9001, IATF 16949(5s, CCCF and company standard rules and regulations, Execution of the actions prescribed in the emergency plan in the event of fire, leakage, accidents, major malfunctions. Decision making to stop manufacturing for any emergency situations. Key responsibilities Production management and control for productivities and on time delivery Production management and control for Quality Production cost management and control People management and control People development for production flexibility Production excellent activities B: Position Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above 12 years experienced. Experience in production manager level or above in Manufacturing factory. Strong Production Management Strong Problem-solving skills and decision making Strong leadership, people management and communication skills Strong people coaching and development.
