Senior BA Manager Application Development

Major Responsibilities Gather and document requirements by analyzing business needs and producing high-quality deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and clear acceptance criteria. Design functional solutions that align with business objectives based on collected requirements. Utilize Agile tools like Jira to manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure traceability by coordinating documentation of business requirements, system solutions, test cases, and test data. Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution. Support testing phases and conduct defect triage to maintain quality standards. Perform assigned duties and contribute to projects as directed. Requirements University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. Extensive BA experience with at least 15 years in business analysis or application projects; financial sector or payment systems knowledge preferred. Strong IT knowledge with expertise in IT systems and software development life cycles. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira for project management and requirement tracking. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Language proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills with sound business sense.
