Managing Director/ Executive Director/ Director/Wealth Advisor, Private Wealth Management Job Summary We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Private Wealth Management team in a highly client-facing capacity. The role focuses on acquiring, advising and growing relationships with High-Net-Worth clients while delivering comprehensive wealth and insurance solutions. Senior candidates (MD/ED level) will have the opportunity to build and lead their own team of advisors. Key Responsibilities Proactively develop new business and grow your personal client portfolio through networking, client acquisition, and deepening relationships with HNW, corporate and retail clients. Deliver tailored wealth advisory and insurance solutions based on in-depth analysis of clients’ financial needs and risk profiles. Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships through exceptional service and regular engagement. Achieve sales goal and drive revenue growth. Ensure all work activities are adhered to compliance requirements as defined in company policies and procedures and local regulatory standards Job Requirements Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related CPD and CPT requirement. Familiar with Insurance and Investment product knowledge; Experience in Private market is an advantage. Own client network to convert into business case from start; Strong sales momentum and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset; Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Self-motivated
