Position: Transport Operation Manager – 3PL (100-120K) Based: Wangnoi Recruiter: Ann ( 086-3784083 ), sirinapa(at)mriww.co.th This role is responsible for leading transportation teams, managing logistics partners, improving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end transportation operations for distribution center. Ensure on-time delivery, service quality, and achievement of transportation KPIs. Optimize transportation capacity, routing, productivity, and operating costs. Monitor compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and product quality requirements. Lead and develop transportation teams through coaching, performance management, and workforce planning. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation vendors to ensure SLA compliance. Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Distribution Center, Commercial, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to improve transportation performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum experience 8 years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. At least 3 years of management experience. Proven experience managing transportation vendors and 3PL providers. Strong knowledge of transportation operations, safety regulations, and logistics best practices. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
