Tō kamupene hou | Your new company: We have an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-known, established electrical company in Auckland. This role would suit someone confident in managing multiple smaller projects, including commercial fit outs and maintenance works, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Tō tūranga hou | Your new role: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering minor electrical projects, asset upgrades, and maintenance works for commercial and industrial clients. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, customer management, quoting, and supervision of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lead and manage all aspects of assigned minor works for service-level customers Manage a team of up to eight electricians, along with subcontractors as required Oversee delivery efficiency, resource utilisation, cost control, and risk management Collate information and submit quotes Ensure customer electrical drawings and asset schedules are accurate and kept up to date Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed : Current NZ EWRB practising licence 5+ years' experience leading and managing a team Strong commitment to health and safety standards Ability to assist with project planning and estimating Experience across both project and maintenance environments Strong client management and relationship-building skills Experience purchasing materials and ensuring surplus materials are returned for credit Strong technical knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 electrical rules and regulations Full New Zealand working rights - sponsorship is not available Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return : Permanent, full-time position Company vehicle provided Company phone Central Auckland location Varied work across commercial and industrial environments Supportive team culture within an established electrical business Me aha koe ināianei | What you need to do now : To find out more about this opportunity, call Katy on 021 459 391 or send your CV to katy.bird@hays.net.nz
