You are the person who makes ambitious shows actually happen. You take a concept that exists on a slide and turn it into a schedule, a budget, a crew, a technical plan, and a flawless live moment. You speak fluent AVL and staging, you can challenge a supplier's quote because you know how the work is really done, and you can stand in a venue at 3am and calmly solve the thing nobody planned for. Producers and technical crew want to work for you because you protect the show and you protect the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own end-to-end production of live events and brand experiences — from concept feasibility and budgeting through pre-production, build, show-calling readiness, and load-out. • Lead show production across AVL (audio, video, lighting), staging and set, rigging, scenic, and special effects — setting the technical standard and holding suppliers to it. • Provide technical direction: read drawings and specs, interrogate designs for feasibility and safety, and make the calls that keep a show both spectacular and deliverable. • Build and manage production schedules, budgets, and risk plans — and keep them true as reality changes. • Select, brief, and lead production teams, technical crew, and vendor partners; get the best out of specialists and hold the line on quality. • Own health, safety, and compliance on site — non-negotiable — and be the calm, decisive presence during show delivery. • Mentor junior producers and project managers, and raise the production capability of the whole team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Experience: 7+ years in event production, with significant experience owning large-scale live shows end to end. • International clients: A proven track record delivering for international clients and high-expectation, high-visibility events. • Show production: Deep, hands-on knowledge of show production — AVL, staging, set, rigging — and real understanding of the technology and equipment behind it. • Technical authority: You can give technical direction, not just coordinate it — crews respect your judgment because you know the craft. • Project management: Excellent project management — you run complex, multi-workstream productions to budget and to the minute. • Team leadership: You lead people well under pressure. You stay calm, you're decisive, and you make the crew better and safer. NICE TO HAVE • Formal training or certification in rigging, electrical, or health & safety for live events. • Experience with show-calling, broadcast/streaming production, or large-format LED and immersive technology. • Working proficiency in English plus Thai or Chinese for regional delivery. Three things we believe in: • Craft. We do work we're proud to put our name on — uncompromising quality, delivered on time, every time. • Ownership. We own outcomes, not just tasks. When something goes wrong, we run toward it. • Team. Great experiences are built by great teams. We trust each other and make each other better.
