We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development / Sales Executive to grow our e-commerce marketplace ecosystem. This role focuses on merchant acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth through strategic promotions and campaign planning. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new merchants to onboard onto our e-commerce marketplace Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding process (negotiation, onboarding, listing coordination) Develop and execute merchant growth strategies to drive GMV Work closely with merchants on promotional planning, campaign participation, and pricing strategy Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign performance Monitor sales performance, margin structure, and campaign ROI Maintain strong merchant relationships and provide ongoing account management support Requirements 1–5 years experience in BD, Sales, Account Management, or E-commerce Candidates with an existing merchant network or proven marketplace experience will be considered a strong advantage, with opportunity to be offered a Senior Executive position based on experience and performance track record.
