• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and to standard. • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines. • Manage and supervise the production team, ensuring proper training, safety, and performance standards. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. • Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and reduce costs. • Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize ✓ Minimum of 5 years of relevant production management experience. ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field (preferred). ✓ Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). ✓ Solid understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practice ✓ Proficient in using production software and Microsoft Office. ✓ Must be able to communicate with all management levels and ✓ Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
