QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Good command in English or Chinese. Fresh graduate are welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Candidates with experience in QA/QC and Document Control within construction projects will be given special consideration. JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare Request for Inspection documents Record document in–out for inspection tracking Coordinate with consultants and follow up for document approval/signature Prepare document checklist for monthly payment submission Maintain and update document control system to ensure accuracy and completeness Ensure proper filing and achieving of all project documents in accordance with project requirements Prepare and submit document status reports to support project progress tracking Support document handover process Other duties as assigned.
