Monthly Salary HK$26,667 – HK$37,500 total compensation (base salary + competitive commission scheme) What You'll Do Drive Sales Conduct consultations with prospective students and guide them to enrollment, hitting your personal sales target. Convert leads from the Marketing Team into booked appointments, and manage your pipeline in the CRM. Retain Students Follow up regularly with current students and guide them through key course milestones. Drive renewals and referrals, and loop in the Service Team when students need extra support. Report Results Track your results and report to your Center Director. Take part in ongoing sales and product training. Your Profile Native or bilingual level Cantonese; proficient in English and Mandarin At least 1 year of sales experience (retail, fitness, travel, hospitality, or similar service industries) Diploma or degree holder Confident user of Microsoft Office Service-oriented, professional, and a strong communicator Nice to Have Fluent in English Experience in the education, language, or English-language teaching industries Schedule Center operates 7 days a week.
