Deputy General Manager (Stationed in Asian country)

Vanny Science is a company engaged in biomedical research related industry with management office in Hong Kong. We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to fill the above position: Major responsibilities: Oversee all functions of the facility to make sure it is running smoothly, safely and efficiently Leading the team to ensure the overall delivery and quality of the facility’s output Identify and implement measures to maximize efficiency and the continuous improvement of facility’s operations Evaluate upon key investments in equipment and infrastructure Helping to input into production and development strategy of the facility Helping to develop and execute short and long-term strategic business plans Monitor the operations to ensure compliance with all of the applicable laws, regulatory requirements, established standards and procedures Stationed in Asian country Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy or a related discipline required 15+ years of successful leadership experience in running production plant With China and overseas exposure Excellent leadership problem-solving ability and communication skills Good knowledge of different business functions Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Operations Manager (Stationed in Asian country) We offer competitive remuneration and benefits to the right candidate.
