Prosition : Business Analyst Company : 7Solutions Company Limited Location: Thonglor, Bangkok Working: Monday - Friday (1 Days WFH) If yes then hey, you might be the one we’re looking for! E-commerce / Digital Platform We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can connect business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with business teams, product owners, developers, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and turn ideas into clear, actionable solutions. This role will support various digital projects, including ThaiMart.com, e-commerce platforms, internal systems, and other business-driven technology products. What You’ll Do Gather and analyze business requirements from users, clients, and stakeholders Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation Create BRD, business process flows, user flows, data flows, and related documents Work with developers, QA, UX/UI, PO, and PM to ensure smooth project delivery Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and issue tracking Analyze business processes and suggest practical improvements Manage requirement changes, project issues, and stakeholder communication Help ensure the final solution truly solves business problems What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Coordinator Experience in software, website, web application, mobile application, or digital platform projects Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum Able to write clear requirements, user stories, flows, and test scenarios Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both business and technical teams Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools is a plus Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail platform, or back-office systems is a strong advantage You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are Someone who doesn’t just “take requirements,” but can ask the right questions, connect the dots, challenge unclear ideas, and help turn business pain points into real digital solutions. 📩 Please send your Resume & Portfolio to: E-mail: chaiwat.p@7ideasgroup.co.th Line: @careerlotteryplus
