HR Manager – Employee Relations & HR Operations Company: Arquee Corporation Location: Pasay City Work Arrangement: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: ₱50,000–₱65,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Operations experience to oversee key HR functions for the Company and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Health & Safety, employee records management, HR compliance, people management, and day-to-day HR operations . This position is also open to experienced HR Supervisors or Team Leads who are ready to take on broader responsibilities and progress into a managerial role . The successful candidate must be hands-on, knowledgeable in Philippine labor standards, and capable of effectively managing HR concerns in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Labor Relations Handle Employee Relations and Labor Relations matters across the organization. Conduct administrative investigations and manage disciplinary cases in accordance with due process. Address employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and other employee-related concerns. Coordinate labor-related matters with DOLE, NLRC, and other appropriate government agencies. Provide management with HR guidance on employee relations, labor standards, and appropriate HR actions. Draft and review notices, memoranda, policies, and employee relations documents. Identify employee relations risks and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures. HR Operations Oversee day-to-day HR functions covering Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee Movement and Documentation, Health & Safety, HR Database and Employee Records Management, and other HR administrative requirements . Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization. Monitor HR operational requirements and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation. Labor & HR Compliance Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, labor standards, employment regulations, and applicable HR requirements . Ensure proper implementation and documentation of due process in employee cases. Coordinate HR-related government requirements and compliance matters. Monitor potential labor and employee relations risks and recommend appropriate HR actions. Coordinate with the Legal Department on matters requiring legal review or formal legal action. People Management Supervise, guide, and develop HR team members. Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability. Ensure timely and effective HR support to employees and management. Support continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Coordinate with senior management on complex employee and labor relations matters. Management Reporting Prepare HR reports, employee relations updates, manpower information, and other required management reports. Escalate significant employee and labor concerns appropriately. Recommend HR initiatives based on workforce and operational requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Management, or a related field . At least 5 years of progressive HR experience , with solid exposure to Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Operations. At least 2 years in a supervisory, team-lead, or equivalent capacity . Experienced HR Supervisors or Team Leads who are ready to transition into a managerial role are encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, HR Administration, Health & Safety, and Employee Records Management . Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, labor standards, disciplinary procedures, and due process . Experience handling administrative cases, employee grievances, workplace investigations, and disciplinary matters . Experience in real estate, property management, construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred . Strong communication, investigation, problem-solving, people management, and stakeholder management skills. Must be hands-on and execution-oriented , with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on-site in Pasay City, Monday to Friday .
