Job Summary The role is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations by ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role manages employee concerns, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and labor-related issues while partnering with business leaders to promote a fair, compliant, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, facilitate administrative hearings, and oversee disciplinary cases while ensuring due process and proper documentation. Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, company policies, and disciplinary procedures by providing guidance to employees and people managers. Prepare and maintain labor relations documents, including Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), case reports, investigation findings, and other confidential records. Partner with department heads, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues, provide labor relations advice, and mitigate workplace risks. Analyze employee relations trends, recommend policy and process improvements, support employee engagement initiatives, and prepare management reports related to labor relations and compliance. Represent the company in SENA and NLRC conferences, coordinate with Legal and business leaders on labor cases, and assist in resolving disputes through mediation, conciliation, and other labor proceedings.
