We’re currently seeking a motivated Farm Hand/Irrigation Support to join our experienced team. About the Role This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone with experience operating farm or earthmoving machinery who enjoys early starts and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Irrigation across both farms, including scheduling, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the farm's irrigation infrastructure Operate turf harvesting machines Operate tractors, forklifts, loaders, and other farm machinery Daily machine pre-starts and basic maintenance Assist with turf farm operations including grass growing, mowing, and irrigation when required Follow job schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards What We’re Looking For Required: Experience and knowledge of horticultural irrigation requirements including lateral and pivot irrigation.
