Maison Host

As a Maison Host at Louis Vuitton, you are required to act as the first point of engagement with clients upon their arrival at the store, greeting and welcoming gesture to create positive brand image and client experience. ​ You will also be tasked to support in queue management, encouraging the excitement of our clients to discover our store, products and brand story. Job responsibilities Display genuine care, respect and hospitality to all guests who enter our store​ Offer warm, friendly and professional greetings to all clients upon entry and departure from the store floor​ Strike conversations with clients who are waiting in line or curious about our store, identifying their interests, their lifestyle and any specific needs that they may have ​ Communicate client information to attending Client Advisors, who you will seamlessly introduce and entrust to deliver exceptional client experiences​ Support in managing queues and crowds, ensuring the safety and security of our clients at all times​ Graciously address any client concerns or issues, offering empathy and solutions. Where required, escalate to management levels for further client care and support ​ Reflect and share insights to the Operations Manager regarding any opportunities to optimize the queue experience and management arrangements Profile Prior work experience in the luxury retail, hospitality, F&B, aviation or service industry is preferrable​ Client centric mindset, with experience in engaging with diverse clients groups​ Resourceful, calm under pressure and adept at solving problems​ Strong communications skills, with the ability to be an engaging storyteller who can bring the Louis Vuitton brand and products to life​ Enthusiasm for luxury, lifestyle and artisanal cuisines​ Passionate, energetic and helpful team-player​ Well organized with excellent organizational and administration skills​ Willingness to work shifts under flexible hours, including weekends and event days as required ​
