Responsibilities Drive sales growth, profitability, and sell-out performance across partner-operated boutiques and wholesale channels. Work closely with retail partners, distributors, and wholesale partners to improve store performance, product assortment, staff training, and client experience. Develop and execute sales activations, events, VIP programs, and boutique animation plans to drive traffic and sales. Monitor sales KPIs, sell-out data, stock levels, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Ensure boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and service standards are aligned with luxury brand guidelines. Support market action plans covering sales, marketing, media, POS development, incentives, and training. Conduct regular market visits and provide account servicing support, including product training, sales administration, and customer service follow-up. Build strong relationships with business partners and support future boutique development opportunities. Requirements Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury retail, wholesale, partner boutique management, or related fields. Experience in watches, jewellery, or high-end luxury retail is highly preferred. Strong business sense, sales-driven mindset, and good analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; Korean language skills would be an advantage. Frequent business travel is required.
