We're working with a well-established Christchurch-based commercial contractor to find an organised and proactive Project Manager to lead their growing Small Works division. Rather than managing one or two large-scale builds, you'll oversee a steady flow of maintenance, reactive works, and small commercial projects. Every day brings something different, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building client relationships, and keeping projects moving. These guys have been around for over 20 years, and in that time they have built a name that is synonymous with quality throughout the country. They are leaders in the high-end shop fit out and seismic strengthening spaces, as well as maintenance and small commercial works, which is the focus of this role. Your clients will include commercial property owners, shopping centres, facilities management companies, and long-standing commercial customers who rely on fast response times and dependable service. No two days will be the same - this role would suit someone who naturally keeps people informed, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and understands that great communication is just as important as delivering quality work. What we are looking for: Background in Project Management/Coordination Strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and amazing communication is absolutely crucial!
