SENIOR FIRE SAFETY OFFICER / FIRE SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements: F.5 or above with relevant fire safety training certificate Minimum 10 years of experience in fire safety, preferably in construction sites and properties Well versed with fire safety ordinance in Hong Kong Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese Early retired FSD Officer is preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities: Conduct fire safety inspections and audits to construction sites and property management companies Prepare relevant fire safety inspection/audit programs & reports Provide advice on fire safety matters / fire prevention in compliance with both regulatory and internal requirements Handle coordination works for Independent Fire Safety Committee Advice management on property and construction site fire safety enhancement (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Fire Safety Officer.)
