Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director is responsible for shaping the organization's people strategy, ensuring operational excellence across all Human Resources functions, and cultivating an engaged workforce that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic business partner, an inspiring leader, and a trusted advisor who possesses deep hospitality expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master's Degree or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development are highly preferred. Professional HR certifications are an advantage. At least 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Cluster HR Director or HR Manager in a large hotel). Experience with international hotel brands is highly desirable. Experience overseeing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and compliance. Strong understanding of hotel operations Experience managing seasonal staffing Familiarity with luxury service standards is an advantage
