Japanese Interpreter (Quality Assurance Department)

Job Description At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing environment. Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings between Japanese management and Thai employees, ensuring accurate communication of technical terminology and business content. Interpret meetings related to Quality, Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing functions. Translate quality-related documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Audit Reports, Quality Standards, and other technical documents . Support communication and coordination between Japanese and Thai teams to ensure smooth business operations. Prepare for meetings by reviewing technical documents and understanding discussion topics in advance. Support the implementation and communication of company quality policies and quality management activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Translation & Interpreting, Arts, or a related field. JLPT N1 or N2 with excellent Japanese communication skills. At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing environment. Experience in conference interpretation and technical document translation. Experience supporting Quality, QA/QC, Production, or Engineering departments is highly preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Able to work at Lat Krabang Industrial Estate .
