Project Planner & Scheduler (2-year contract) - Rayong Factory

Build and maintain the integrated master schedule: Prepare one central master schedule covering Line Production civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities, installation, commissioning, handover, and OSL activities. Integrate discipline schedules: Collect and consolidate detailed schedules from civil contractors, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, equipment suppliers, internal engineers, and the OSL team. Define dependencies and critical path: Identify logical relationships between construction readiness, equipment delivery, installation access, energization, utility availability, commissioning, validation, trial runs, and operational start-up. Control baseline and progress updates: Maintain approved baseline, weekly progress updates, look-ahead schedules, variance tracking, and forecast completion dates. Drive schedule governance: Facilitate weekly schedule review meetings, verify progress evidence, record key decisions, and follow up overdue schedule inputs from each workstream. Escalate schedule risks early: Highlight conflicts, delays, access constraints, interface gaps, long-lead risks, resource bottlenecks, and schedule slippage with proposed recovery actions. Support contractor coordination: Align contractor plans with project milestones, site access windows, safety constraints, permit requirements, shutdown windows, and factory operational limitations. Support management reporting: Prepare concise schedule dashboards, milestone reports, critical path updates, recovery plan summaries, and status for project reviews and MOR updates. Promote cross-functional alignment: Act as the central schedule contact point between project engineering, OSL, factory, SHE, quality, production, maintenance, and contractors. ARE YOU A FIT? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, construction planning, engineering project control, or industrial project execution. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Hands-on capability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules with dependencies, milestones, baseline, progress update, and critical path analysis. Good understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and commissioning workflow in industrial projects Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Good verbal and written communication in English and Thai
