Responsibilities: 1. Support daily warehouse operations, in/outbound logistics arrangement 2. Prepare shipping documents for local/overseas shipments via freight forwarders or express couriers 3. Order processing and system data entry 4. Maintain accurate warehouse records and update warehouse system data promptly 5. Assist physical receiving, picking, packing and dispatching 6. Coordinate local deliveries/collections with drivers and couriers 7. Handle Tradelink import/export declarations and related documentation 8. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Manager Qualifications: 1. Diploma holder or above in logistics, supply chain or related disciplines 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping or warehouse operations, preferably in IT, electronics or manufacturing industries 3. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word typing 4. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin 5. Experience with Tradelink system, and handling import/export license for strategic commodities is an advantage 6. Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player 7. Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
