I want my training → หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) - กำหนด Test Case, Test Scenario และ Test Script ให้ครอบคลุมทุกฟังก์ชันการทำงาน - ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Developers), ทีม Business Analyst และทีม Operation เพื่อให้เข้าใจ Requirement อย่างถูกต้อง - นำทีม Tester ในการดำเนินการทดสอบทั้ง Manual และ Automated Testing - ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Report) และคุณภาพของระบบ - กำกับดูแลการทำ Regression Testing, Performance Testing และ UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัย - สนับสนุนการขึ้นระบบ (Go-Live) โดยตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ Software และความเสถียรของระบบ คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications) - ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขา Computer Science, IT, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - กรณีตำแหน่งระดับ Senior ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Testing อย่างน้อย 3 ปี กรณีตำแหน่งระดับ Junior ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ แต่เข้าใจหลักการและลักษณะงาน Tester, QA - มีความรู้ด้าน Broadband Technology, Network Protocols และระบบ Billing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีความเข้าใจใน SSDLC, Agile/Scrum และ DevOps - สามารถใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบ เช่น JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestRail, หรืออื่น ๆ ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
