Contract Period: 12 Months (First 4 months for performance evaluation before renew contract) Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08.30-17.30 Location: Avani Chaleannakorn Thonburi/ TheParq (Hybrid) Avani Chaleannakorn BTS Krung Thon Buri (4 days) The parq MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (1 Day) (Hybrids) Benefits: SSO, Health Insurance, Health check up, Bonus 1 month (ขึ้นอยู่กับผลประกอบการ) RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Network Operation Team Lead will oversee and guide our Network Operations Team, ensuring our cloud environments efficient, secure, and reliable operation spanning Azure, AWS, local cloud, and Branch infrastructure. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the Cloud Operations Team ensuring high-performance standards and alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure services on Azure, AWS, and local cloud. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services. Manage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources. Incident and Problem Management: Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems. Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Keep abreast of industry the best practices and innovations. Security and Compliance: Work with security teams to ensure cloud environments are compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Regularly review and audit infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and cloud infrastructure configurations. Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Deep expertise of Wireless controller and Firewall Incident Knowledge of Azure, AWS, local cloud infrastructure Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices. Knowledge of Windows / Linux-based systems Knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions, including experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls, and VPN Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, ServiceDesk plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
