This role is responsible for drafting and setting the company's short-term and long-term technology development direction, roadmap, and strategy. Organize and coordinate R&D resources to carry out the development and application of new technologies. Participate in and ensure technical support for customer requirements. Provide guidance and solutions for specific technical issues and challenges in R&D, process engineering, and quality inspection. Responsibilities Department management: Organize, coordinate, and supervise the department's new product R&D and new project planning and management; organize R&D/process/quality teams to provide technical support and implementation for production issues of existing products. Process standardization: Establish new product development procedures; guide the development of processes and mechanisms for R&D and technical problem solving; review the company's technical management policies and technical standards. New product introduction: According to the new product development process, guide the team to complete prototype verification, engineering/process verification, and mass production validation for new products. Overall planning: Formulate the company's short- and long-term R&D plans; define technical specifications and innovation targets for new products. Stakeholder management: Overall coordination of the working relationships between the Product Development Department and the Process Engineering Department, Quality Department, and Business Development Department. Requirements Full-time degree or above, graduated in electronics, materials, physics, chemistry, or related majors. More than 10 years of experience in display-related R&D, project management, and team management, with strong product development capability. Conscientious and responsible, meticulous and rigorous; capable of assessing problems and risks with a holistic and objective perspective. Strong leadership and management skills, able to manage projects effectively; sharp thinking and strong innovation awareness; excellent communication and coordination skills; proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
