Accounts & Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, month-end and year-end closing. Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports and supporting schedules. Process invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims and receipts accurately. Perform bank reconciliations, sales reconciliations and AR/AP ageing analysis. Monitor company cash flow and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare and submit SST returns while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and government authorities. Assist with annual audits, tax filings and statutory reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost control initiatives. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding. Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions accurately. Maintain employee attendance, leave and claims records. Keep employee records and HR documentation updated. Support employee engagement and employee relations activities. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies. Assist Management with HR initiatives and administrative matters. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a professional accounting qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set accounts. Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and business partners.
