IT Assistant Manager

Job Summary The Assistant Manager – IT is responsible for coordinating and supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing day-to-day ERP operations, and overseeing IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and end-user support. This role works closely with business users, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure stable IT services, successful project delivery, and continuous improvement of IT systems and business processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects by gathering business requirements and coordinating with business users and SAP vendors. Manage and support daily ERP operations, analyze system issues, and work with vendors to ensure efficient and reliable system performance. Oversee IT operations, including IT infrastructure, applications, IT support, and end-user services. Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects to ensure delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with internal departments to improve business processes and enhance information systems. Analyze operational issues and recommend continuous improvements to IT systems and service delivery. Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records. Manage the procurement of IT equipment, software, software licenses, and IT budgets to support business operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations, ERP Support, System Implementation, IT Coordination, or IT Support. At least 3 years of experience supporting or administering SAP ERP systems. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of SQL Server or other related database systems. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating with end users, internal departments, and external vendors. Strong planning, project management, and coordination skills. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an advantage. Good command of spoken and written English. Service-minded, responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under pressure. Why Join Us?
