Job Responsibilities: • Lead the overall operations strategy and execution for contract manufacturing facilities. • Manage multi-site production operations with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and scalability. • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to meet manufacturing requirements, KPIs, and SLAs. • Optimize production costs while maintaining high quality and safety standards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. • Oversee supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost control. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications. • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operations teams to achieve high performance. • Implement and manage ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools to enhance visibility and control. • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for executive management. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Strong background in Contract Manufacturing (OEM/ODM) and experience with large-scale or multi-site production. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization (Black Belt certification is a plus). Experience in budgeting and cost control. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and investment planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
