Senior Accounting Officer

Position: Senior Accounting Officer Location: Bang Na, Bangkok Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, including General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes in a timely manner Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards Manage tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other related taxes Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings to the Revenue Department Review accounting transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff Coordinate with external auditors and relevant government authorities Improve accounting processes and enhance system efficiency Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and tax Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Good understanding of VAT and corporate income tax Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Supervisory experience is a plus Good communication skills in Thai and English CPA or tax-related certification is an advantage Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Annual bonus Health and life insurance Provident fund Annual leave and company holidays Training and career development opportunities About the Company Wuerth (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a leading supplier of industrial products, tools, and fasteners from Germany.
