Job Responsibilities: · Draft Invoice by Microsoft office : Excel · Record sales amount on Express program · Check draft HAWB and BL for confirm to forwarder · Issued ASN on customer system · Issue DAR for documents, drawing registration on the DCC system · Issued Cost Shipment update · Check draft export entry, BOI for confirm to shipping · Follow up on the status of export items 04 with forwarder, submit to DPTH financial · Issue DHL booking shipment · Follow up Form-E to support customer on time · Submit the completed invoice by pdf file to BW customers at the end of every month. · RFQ. from customer to do costing process, propose to corporate and issue quotation · Issue Job order, follow up FA team to delivery commitment and the supporting document submission · Assign job from Business Development Manager Qualification · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, International Business, or a related field. · 25 years or higher · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Export, or Logistics. · Strong knowledge of Import–Export procedures and export documentation (Invoice, HAWB, Bill of Lading, Form E, BOI, ASN, etc.). · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. · Experience with Express Program, ERP, DCC System, or customer portal systems is an advantage. · Knowledge of costing, RFQ preparation, and quotation issuance · Good command of English, both written and spoken · Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines · Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience in the Automotive Industry and knowledge of IATF 16949 will be an advantage. · High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of business and customer information Welfare benefit Salary : According to structure/Depending on experience Probation period : 3 Months ( 90 Days ) Cost of living : 600.00THB per month ( after pass probation ) Food Allowance : 35.00THB per day Night shift Allowance : 50.00THB per day Attendance Allowance : 600 >800 > 1000THB per month ( depend on attendance ) Working day : Monday-Friday ( 5 Days per week ) Working time : 08.00 a.m.-18.00 p.m. Bonus Provident Fund
