What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for leading a small team while remaining hands-on throughout each project. Your work will include delivering premium residential and commercial landscaping projects, mentoring team members, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll be involved in a wide range of landscaping work including building decks, retaining walls, paving, fencing, planting, turf installation, and other landscape construction tasks. You'll also play an important role in helping shape the future of a growing company with an excellent reputation. What We're Looking For Proven experience in landscaping, preferably in a leadership or foreman role. Strong experience with both hard and soft landscaping. Confident building decks, retaining walls, paving, fencing, and completing general landscape construction. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a small team. Great communication and organisational skills. A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Full Class 1 driver's licence (Class 2 is advantageous).
