Coaching & Team Development Coach and mentor Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Executives. Conduct route rides and on-the-job training (OJT). Strengthen selling capabilities and field execution standards. Develop successor pipelines and high-performing sales talent. Field Operations Management Drive Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) productivity. Manage merchandiser deployment and coverage effectiveness. Monitor and improve execution KPIs. Ensure compliance with Perfect Store standards. Customer Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. Resolve operational and commercial issues effectively. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Support distributor capability development and business expansion. Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer products, or distribution industries. At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
