IT Senior Staff

Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day IT operations in a manufacturing environment, covering IT infrastructure, network, security, ERP systems, and end-user services. The role ensures system stability, security, and efficiency while supporting production operations and business processes. Responsibilities include hands-on technical support, coordination with vendors, IT asset management, and compliance with IT policies, under the direction of IT leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Networking & Security Manage, maintain, and support network systems including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN Administer and operate network and security devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, and access points Implement and support compliance with IT security policies, including access control, password policy, and data protection Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security incidents Support cybersecurity initiatives, backup systems, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) 2. IT Infrastructure Management Manage, operate, and maintain servers, storage, and backup systems Administer and support core systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and email systems (on-premise and/or cloud) Plan, implement, install, patch, and upgrade IT infrastructure systems Support system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations Manage and support cloud or hybrid IT environments 3. Vendor & Outsourcing Management Coordinate and manage vendors, service providers, and system integrators Evaluate vendor service quality, cost, and performance Manage service level agreements (SLA) and follow up on service delivery Support procurement of IT hardware, software, and IT services 4. Help Desk & User Support Manage and provide daily IT support services in accordance with defined SLA Support IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, and access control systems Troubleshoot incidents and service requests both on-site and remotely Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and improve support processes Prepare user guides and conduct basic IT training for users 5. IT Asset Management Manage IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and asset lifecycle records Track warranty status, renewals, and software license compliance Support IT budgeting and planning for equipment replacement or upgrades 6. ERP & Application Support Provide functional and technical support for ERP systems Support users in daily ERP operations and troubleshooting Coordinate with ERP vendors and consultants for issue resolution Support ERP system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and new module implementation Monitor and manage system interfaces between ERP and other applications 7. Manufacturing / Factory IT Support Support IT systems related to manufacturing operations, including production systems, label printers, and handheld or barcode devices Maintain and support factory network infrastructure Support CCTV and security systems within production areas Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure IT system availability 8. IT Policy, Compliance & Documentation Develop, maintain, and follow IT policies, procedures, and standards Maintain IT documentation including network diagrams and system architecture Support internal and external audits Support IT risk management, change management, and compliance activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, or related roles Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred Hands-on experience in IT support, system operation, or IT service management Technical Skills Networking & Security (Firewall, Switch, VLAN, VPN) Server & Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) Windows Server ERP systems IT Asset & Service Management Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS) Soft Skills Leadership and team coordination Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication and coordination skills Service-minded attitude Ability to work under pressure in a production environment Why Join Us?
