As part of our regional Business Development team, you’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry leaders to shape strategic partnerships, secure transformational projects, and expand PSC’s presence across Southeast Asia. About the Role This is a strategic, client-facing role for an experienced business development professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business. We are looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors with senior stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, building trusted relationships, and securing high-value, consultative partnerships. You will lead the complete business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification and client engagement to commercial negotiation and deal closure, while working closely with our Sales & Business Development Executive to develop compelling proposals and solution strategies. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, financial institution, and development sectors. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with PSC’s regional growth objectives. Drive the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure. Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets through consultative enterprise selling. Strategic Client Engagement Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior government officials, banking leaders, and key decision-makers. Understand client's business challenges and position PSC’s consulting, sustainability, and ESG solutions accordingly. Lead executive-level presentations, strategic discussions, and commercial negotiations. Represent PSC at conferences, networking events, and regional business forums. Partnership Development Develop long-term strategic partnerships that generate recurring business opportunities. Collaborate with multinational corporations, government agencies, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners to expand PSC’s regional footprint. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding existing client portfolios. Commercial Leadership Develop winning sales strategies for complex opportunities. Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation. Work closely with Finance and Project Delivery teams to ensure smooth project mobilisation after successful contract awards. Collaboration Partner closely with the Sales & Business Development Executive to develop high-quality proposals, business cases, presentations, and tender submissions. Provide strategic direction on client requirements, commercial positioning, and solution design. Work collaboratively with Communications, Technology, and Project Delivery teams to ensure client solutions are commercially competitive and operationally feasible. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets. Value of new business secured. Number of qualified enterprise opportunities generated. Proposal conversion rate. Client acquisition and strategic partnership growth. Revenue generated from new and existing accounts. Client relationship and stakeholder satisfaction. Accuracy of sales forecasting and CRM pipeline management.
