Project Management Assistant Manager (Luxury Packaging Product)

Key responsibilities Project Management & Execution: Develop and monitor project master plans from kickoff to the 1st production dispatch, while leading process validation and cycle time verification with Production to ensure smooth mass manufacturing. Technical Support & Sourcing: Translate project specs into sourcing requirements for the BOM Manager, act as technical support during the RFQ process with Procurement, and work closely with Sourcing to evaluate materials and sample parts. Supply Chain & Compliance: Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and components for both prototype and production orders with Procurement, while verifying material compliance against global standards such as REACH and RoHS (carrying out tests when required). Standardization & Innovation: Draft Working Instructions (WI) to standardize processes, research new materials, suppliers, and technical innovations to resolve development challenges, and provide ad-hoc support to Design and Prototype teams throughout the product development process. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Interior designer or any related field 3-5 years of experience as the project management, Preferably in the Luxury products , Furniture or familiar industry firms Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to interact professionally with overseas team.
